Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Zynthii ("we", "us") collects when you use zynthii.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep this deliberately simple: we do not run user accounts, and we collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

• Email address. Collected when you start a free test or check out. We use it to send your access link, your receipt, refund notices, and — only if you bought a product — occasional product updates. We do not send marketing to people who never purchased.
• Payment information. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the email you gave Stripe. We never receive or store your card number, CVC, or bank details.
• Usage and device data. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device/browser type, and a pseudonymous identifier. We also keep basic server logs (IP address, requested URL, referrer, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.
• Refund evidence. If you claim the Pass = Half Back guarantee, you may upload a photo of your temporary licence or certificate. We use it solely to verify your claim.

2. How we use it

To deliver and support the product you bought; to process payments and refunds; to respond to your emails; to understand which pages and exams are useful (aggregate analytics); to prevent fraud, abuse, and attacks; and to comply with law.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for Google Analytics (traffic measurement) and to remember your language choice and email locally in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using or buying the Service.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the Service: Stripe (payments and refunds), Google (analytics), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Retention

Order records and the associated email address are kept while needed for accounting, refund, and legal purposes. Refund evidence images are deleted after the claim is resolved. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default retention settings.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold card data, which materially limits exposure.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (to know, delete, and opt out of sale — we do not sell data). Email zynthii.support@gmail.com and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity by matching the email used at checkout.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
