Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zynthii.com and any practice-question bank, exam simulation, or digital content purchased from it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Zynthii ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or buying anything from it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service provides unofficial practice questions and study material for licensing and certification exams. It is a study aid only. Questions are written by our own contributors to approximate the style and topic coverage of the real exams; they are not the real exam questions and are not reproduced from any official source.

2. No affiliation with exam agencies

Zynthii is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, licensing board, or testing body — including but not limited to any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the IRS, the EPA, PTCB, the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, BSIS, FAA, NMLS, or any other authority. All exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the subject matter of our practice material.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, obtain any licence, or achieve any particular score. Your result depends on your own preparation and on factors outside our control. Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, medical, or professional advice.

4. Price, payment, and delivery

• Each question bank is sold as a one-time payment for personal, non-transferable access. Current prices are shown on the product page before checkout (typically USD $9.99–$15.99).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• No account is required. After a successful payment we generate a unique access link and email it to the address you entered at checkout. That link is your access credential — keep it safe. If you lose it, contact us at zynthii.support@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we will resend it.
• Access is granted immediately after Stripe confirms payment and does not expire.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: the "Pass = Half Back" offer is a limited-time new-customer guarantee — it applies only if you place your order within 72 hours of your first visit to the Service, and only if you pass the official exam for the first time. If you do not pass, no refund is due. Outside the 72-hour window, all sales are final.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material you purchase for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, or share the questions or your access link with anyone else, or use them to train or build a competing product. All content remains our property or that of our licensors.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to bypass the paywall or access unpaid content; share or resell access links; automate bulk downloading; probe, scan, or attack the Service; or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms without refund.

8. Third-party content and links

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites and official publications. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any question, answer, or explanation is complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, exam fees, or missed opportunities.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place an order. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
