Refund Policy

New-Customer 72-Hour Guarantee — Pass = Half Back
If you are a new customer, place your order within 72 hours of your first visit, and then pass the official exam for the first time, we will refund half of what you actually paid. That is the whole offer. It is not a pass guarantee: if you do not pass, no refund is due.
Who is eligible
- This must be your first order with Zynthii (one guarantee per customer).
- You must place the order within 72 hours of your first visit to zynthii.com (we record that timestamp in your browser). Orders placed after the 72-hour window are not eligible — no refund, all sales final.
- You must pass the official exam on your first attempt. Retakes and later passes do not qualify.
- You must submit your claim within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Not every product carries the guarantee. The guarantee badge is shown on the product card and on the test page; if it is not shown, the product has no refund offer.
What counts as proof
- Most DMV products: a photo of your DMV temporary licence / permit showing the issue date.
- Some products (e.g. EPA 608): email a photo of your certificate to zynthii.support@gmail.com with your access token in the subject line.
- The proof must clearly show that you passed, and the date must fall inside the 60-day window.
What is NOT refundable
- Not passing the exam. We sell study material, not a guaranteed outcome.
- Orders placed more than 72 hours after your first visit.
- Claims submitted more than 60 days after purchase.
- Second or later passes, or claims from a customer who has already received a refund.
- Claims without acceptable proof, or with altered/borrowed documents.
- Access terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
How to claim
- Take the official exam and pass it.
- Open /refund and enter the access token from your purchase email (the
?token=…part of your access link). - Upload your proof (or email it, for certificate-based products) and confirm the email address you want the refund sent to.
- We review it — first an automated pre-check, then a human — and email you the outcome.
Timing and method
We aim to review claims within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it. You receive half of the amount you actually paid (for example, $5.00 on a $9.99 order) — not half of any crossed-out "original" price.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster. Chargebacks filed for orders outside the guarantee window will be contested with the order and checkout records.

不予退款的情形
- 考试未通过。我们出售的是备考资料，不保证考试结果。
- 在首次访问超过 72 小时后下的订单。
- 购买后超过 60 天才提交的申请。
- 第二次及以后的通过，或已获退款的客户再次申请。
- 凭证不合格，或使用篡改/他人文件。
- 因违反服务条款被终止访问的。
申请步骤
- 参加官方考试并通过。
- 打开 /refund，填入购买邮件中的访问 token（访问链接里
?token=…那段）。 - 上传凭证（证书类产品改为邮件发送），并确认接收退款的邮箱。
- 我们审核（先自动预审，再人工复核），并以邮件告知结果。
时限与方式
我们力争在 3 个工作日内完成审核。通过后经 Stripe 退回原支付方式，银行入账可能再需 5–10 个工作日。退款金额为你实际支付金额的一半（例如 $9.99 订单退 $5.00），而非划线"原价"的一半。
关于拒付（Chargeback）
发起银行拒付前请先联系我们，通常我们能更快解决。对超出保障窗口的订单发起的拒付，我们会以订单与结账记录进行申诉。
